Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. STRICT NO-RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of international pharmaceutical exports and strict health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once a package leaves our facility, the integrity of the storage environment is out of our control. Therefore, to ensure the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returned medications. A "change of mind" or "no longer needed" does not qualify for a return or refund.

2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled if the physical packing and dispatch process has not yet begun.
• Once an order is processed and the tracking ID is generated (typically within 48 to 72 hours of payment), the order is finalized and cannot be canceled or refunded.
• To request a cancellation before dispatch, you must immediately contact us at

3. DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS (STRICT VERIFICATION)

While we ensure secure packaging, international transit can occasionally cause damage. We do not accept returns of damaged goods, but we will issue a replacement for verified damaged or missing items. To qualify for a replacement, the buyer must strictly follow this verification procedure:
• Required Proof: The buyer must record a clear, uncut, and continuous unboxing video starting from the fully sealed package, clearly showing the shipping label, to the opening and inspection of the goods.
• Timeframe: This video and a detailed report must be sent to Support@bharatmedex.com within 24 hours of the package being marked as "Delivered" by the postal service.
• Remedy: If the damage or missing item is verified by our team, a replacement for the affected items will be shipped. We do not issue monetary refunds for damaged goods.
• Strict Health Warning & Destruction Mandate: If a product arrives damaged, its structural and chemical integrity may be compromised. Do not consume damaged medicines. Buyers are strictly advised to safely destroy any damaged medications. Bharat Medex accepts absolutely no liability for any harm, injury, or adverse effects caused by the consumption of damaged goods.

4. CUSTOMS SEIZURES AND 50-50 RESHIPMENT PROTOCOL

Because international customs regulations vary widely, the buyer is solely responsible for knowing their local import laws.
• If a package is seized, confiscated, or destroyed by the customs authority of the destination country, it does not qualify for a full refund.
• The 50-50 Reshipment Guarantee: We offer a shared-risk policy for customs seizures. If you can provide an official customs seizure letter or verifiable tracking proof that the package was confiscated (and not simply delayed), we will arrange one (1) replacement shipment. The buyer will be responsible for paying 50% of the original order value, and Bharat Medex will bear the remaining 50% of the cost.
