SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. DISPATCH AND TRACKING ACTIVATION

At Bharat Medex, we strive to process your orders as efficiently as possible. All packages are safely packed and dispatched from our facilities in India.
• Order Processing: Once your payment is successfully completed, our team requires 48 to 72 hours to process, pack, and hand over your package to the international postal carrier.
• Tracking Number: You will be provided with a Tracking ID within this 48 to 72-hour window.
• Tracking Activation: Please be aware that tracking IDs are not instantly active. It takes an additional 48 to 78 hours for the postal carrier's system to scan the package and update the tracking status online.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES

International shipping times vary significantly depending on the destination country's postal infrastructure and customs clearance speed. The following are estimated delivery windows, not guaranteed delivery dates:
• United Kingdom: Approximately 4 to 10 days.
• USA, France, Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Singapore: Approximately 15 to 18 days.
• Other Destinations: Timelines will vary.

3. UNFORESEEN DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE

While we do everything in our power to ensure prompt delivery, international logistics involve variables entirely outside of our control.
• Delivery timelines can be extended due to postal service backlogs, severe weather events, global logistics disruptions, or customs clearance delays.
• Bharat Medex is not liable for delayed deliveries caused by these unforeseen circumstances.
• Maximum Delivery Window: Before a package can be officially declared "Lost in Transit," a maximum window of 45 days from the date of dispatch must pass. Chargebacks or disputes filed for "Item Not Received" prior to this 45-day window will be considered a breach of this policy.

4. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE (REMINDER)

As stated in our Terms & Conditions, the buyer is the Importer of Record. Any delays explicitly caused by the destination country's customs agency holding a package for inspection are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
